Terms and Conditions

Non-Refundable Policy
Once a deposit has been made or the dress has been fully paid for, all payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes change of mind, cancellation of event, or any other personal reason. 


Special Order Items
All dresses are either made to order or specially ordered in for each customer. As such, once payment is made, the item is considered custom for you and cannot be resold or refunded. 


Payment Terms
A deposit secures your chosen dress and begins the order process. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed date. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of the order, with no refund of the deposit. 


Fittings and Alterations
Dresses are ordered based on standard sizing. Alterations may be required to ensure a perfect fit. We do not offer in-house alterations but are happy to recommend a trusted seamstress. Alteration costs are not included in the price of the dress. 


Collection
Once your dress arrives in-store, you will be notified to arrange collection. Dresses must be collected within 14 days of notification unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Damages & Liability
We are not liable for any damages caused to the dress once it has been collected from the boutique. 


Cancellation Policy
We require at least 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. 


Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, your appointment time will be reduced accordingly. You may only have time to try on a limited number of dresses, and we may not be able to extend your appointment.


Boutique Right to Cancel
In rare cases, we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In such cases, your deposit will be transferred to a new booking.  


Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment once, with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional changes or short-notice amendments may result in loss of deposit. 


Suitability & Preparation
It is your responsibility to ensure you are suitable for your chosen service. If your appointment cannot proceed due to incorrect booking, lack of preparation, or missing required information, your deposit will not be refunded. 


No Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a loss of your deposit. Repeat no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
